Job Title: APARTMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description: The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Must diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such a as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, exterior and appliance.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
