Job Title: HEALTHCARE SCHEDULER
Job Description: The appointment scheduler is responsible for oversight of assigned physician’s schedules to ensure efficient flow of patients. They will ensure physician is a covered provider on the patient’s insurance plan and will make sure the physician’s specialty matches the patient’s needs. The appointment scheduler will provide patients with pre-registration instructions, directions to clinic locations and will obtain the necessary information from new patients to ensure their appointments are appropriate, correct and can be billed correctly.
Requirements: 1-3 years experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
