Job Title: APARTMENT REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER
Job Description: The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of an assigned portfolio of properties. Portfolio size may range from 4-10 properties potentially in multiple markets depending on size and complexity. The position directs and coordinates all activities of the properties in their portfolio to ensure that company and/or owner (if applicable) financial and business objectives are achieved. Results are achieved through successful implementation of comprehensive programs, initiatives and strategies that promote the achievement of optimum performance by the properties within their portfolio. This position manages two or more Senior Property Managers and/or Property Managers who supervise on-site personnel. Accomplish all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Perform other tasks as required when directed by company management.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
