Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE MANAGER
Job Description: The Office Manager will provide support/administrative functions for office staff. Work in Quick Books Pro with receivables, payables. Utilize Microsoft programs for correspondence, lease renewals, other legal documents. Keep company insurance list updated. Send out defaults or past due letters for rents. Gather information for purchases of office equipment, etc. Answer phones, direct traffic, plan events, make phone calls, order on line, and perform other clerical duties such as filing.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of one-year managerial experience. Excellent communication skills, a clear, pleasant speaking voice, proper use of the English language and grammar, excellent customer care skills. Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm and computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
