Office Manager


Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE MANAGER
Job Description: Responsible for production and flow of business for property primarily through providing support and administrative functions for office and staff.  Administrative functions include using Quick Books Pro for receivables/payables; Comfortable with Microsoft or other computer programs for property letters, handouts, lease renewals and other legal documents.  Making sure property legal documents are updated and in order such as company insurance lists and past due rent notices are sent out. Duties also include attending to office, ordering and stocking supplies and scheduling any maintenance or other needs.  Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to planning events, making phone calls, handling property staff or tenant complaints, and performing any other duties to maintain consistent flow of office organization and healthy staff environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. A minimum of one-year managerial experience. Excellent communication skills, a clear, pleasant speaking voice, proper use of the English language and grammar, excellent customer care skills. Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm and computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
