Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE CLERK
Job Description: Office Clerk is responsible for maintaining important company documents and company file system. Gathering documentation for filing for various departments. Delivers files to department employees as requested. Keeps track of documents. Copies, sorts and files records. Answers incoming company wide phone lines.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Ability to operate office machines: copier, scanner, facsimile, personal computers and voicemail. Advanced skill in Data Entry , Basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft WordPerfect, Microsoft Outlook. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
