Job Title: APARTMENT MAKE READY
Job Description: The Make Ready will be responsible for painting the interior and/or exterior areas of the property. This includes such tasks as assistance with scheduling of make ready units, the preparation of the area to be painted, painting designated areas, clean up of areas after painting and maintenance of the inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
