Job Title: APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT
Job Description: Duties include correlating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals. Responsible party must be able to abide by applicable laws and in accordance with company policies to handle completing move-in, and all other apartment paperwork and documentation. Customer service with tenants and potential tenants is a must with goal of leasing and maintaining maximum occupancy for the property.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
