Job Title: APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANT
Job Description: Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. It interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. Perform all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
