About the I. T. Division
The Information Technology Division
of Hire Priority Inc. consists of three experienced
consultants. We handle both permanent and contract/temporary placement.
We have worked together as a placement team since the mid 80's. Our
experience is in both Human Resources as well as the Employment Industry.

We need to meet you face-to-face to really know
you as a professional. Understanding your motivators helps us help
you. We need to know what you like and dislike about your current
position as well as what you would like to see in a potential new
employer. We must know your short and long-term goals and objectives.

Next, when a suitable position becomes available,
we will call and tell you everything we know about the job duties
and responsibilities, the requirements, salary range, the client company,
etc. before we take any action on your behalf. This is your
career, and you should have some control over where your resume is
sent. Our clients know how we operate and thus are assured that you
are indeed interested in their opportunity and are available when
they receive your resume. |

We assist you in preparation for the
interview. This includes directions, names and numbers of the hiring
authorities, details on personalities, management styles and philosophies,
etc. The more you know, the better prepared you are to receive an
offer! We can secure the interview, but only you can get the offer.

are like most managers, an addition to your staff is needed quickly. We
will locate and recruit the "right" professional for you in

advertising costs, time lag on responses, valuable hours spent reading
"mounds" of resumes, and preliminary telephone screening (usually
at night). You can advance quickly to the interview stage because we have
done all legwork beforehand. Our candidates are pre-screened so you always
know a Hire Priority candidate is interested in and available for
your opening.
If you need a person on a contract
basis, Hire Priority Inc. will put the candidate you select
on its payroll and deduct Federal Withholding Tax and FICA. We also pay
the matching FICA, cover the individual on Worker's Compensation and carry
the necessary liability insurance on all our contract employees. You will
be billed weekly based on the previous week's hours. Our billing is based
on a previously-established hourly rate, and we think you will find our
rates very competitive.
