Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE HR ASSISTANT
Job Description: Answer phones and return calls in a prompt manner. As needed, assists other H.R. staff with copying and other projects. As required, participate in company events. If directed, files or photocopies and applications or resumes, prints, scans, indexes resumes and applications. Greets guests in a friendly, helpful manner as they come into the office. Help applicants with application and follow up process as well as advise current employees on how to apply for a position or how a former employee is rehired. Logs and gives Recruiter the applications and resumes for reviewing. Maintain confidentiality. Primary function is to be the first face or voice of the H.R. Employment Office, reports to the Recruiters and supports the recruitment staff. Responsible for incoming fax distribution and making sure machine is maintained with supplies and when needed gets repaired. Responsible for overall upkeep and appearance of the Employment Office. Rotates old applications and resumes into storage. Sets up and attends company Job Fairs.
Requirements: At least 21+ High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus. Type at least 35-40wmp.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
