Job Description:  General responsibilities include providing customer service by answering phone calls and providing prompt answers, greeting visitors at front door and providing them with a visitors badge.  Facilitate office traffic by notifying person of phone calls and visitors. Manage all phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and faxes along with system equipment maintenance or problems. Maintain an updated phone and fax list and distribute as needed.  Provide a clean, organized and well maintained front desk while being responsible for safety and security of visitors.  Assist other office personnel with any other office needs as directed to help maintain a healthy and organized work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm. Must be able to relate well with others. At least two years of previous Receptionist experience is highly desirable.
Compensation: $12-$14+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
