Office Clerk

Job Description:  Responsibe for office document filing system and organizaion. Obtaining, filing, preparing and delivering documents as directed between departments.  General knowledge of how to use a copier and fax machine is preferred. Other duties include using excellent customer service in answering phones for the company wide answering system.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Ability to operate office machines: copier, scanner, facsimile, personal computers and voicemail. Advanced skill in Data Entry , Basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft WordPerfect, Microsoft Outlook. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
