Administrative Assistant

Job Description: An Administrative Assistant’s job is to bring structure and order to a company.  Duties include: Paying monthly bills, scheduling meetings and travel plans, engaging in correspondence via phone, email and fax, maintaining records and reports, data entry, sorting and distributing mail, ordering and maintaining all office supplies and equipment.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of secretarial and/or administrative assistant experience.
Compensation: Salary will vary depending on experience.
